About Us.

Weatherstone is a 300-acre mixed-use community at Routes 100 and 401 in Chester Springs, Chester County, Pennsylvania with a substantial amount of the site to remain as open space.

In addition to retail shops, Weatherstone features a 25,000 sq ft branch of the Chester County Library, Henrietta Hankin Library, 46,000 sq ft of commercial office and 230 residential units, all of which create a Town Center community atmosphere where pedestrian traffic is welcome. Shoppers can stroll through the landscaped grounds and find convenience with specialty shopping opportunities - a place to dine, shop, play and live.

Chester County Food Bank

Did you know CCFB distributes over 2 million pounds of food per year to over 120 organizations? This non-profit organization is a fresh approach in alleviating hunger in Chester County.

They’re always looking for volunteers to help collect, purchase, grow, store & distribute food. CCFB is more than a food drive. Located right here in Eagleview, CCFB believes access to healthy, nutritious food should not be a privilege.

Big Brothers Big Sisters

Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region is a donor-supported organization that enriches, encourages and empowers children to reach their highest potential through safe, one-to-one mentoring relationships.

In Southeastern PA and Southern NJ, more than 1,200 children, mainly boys, are waiting to meet their Big Brother or Big Sister.
